Villa Anita: Spacious Villa with private pool

Come and relax in a luxury Villa with private pool. 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom. Villa is close to golf, and local tourist attractions like manatees and fishing! Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard. There is a car in the garage, but you can park your car on the drive way. No more than 2 cars allowed per reservation. The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 3 night minimum. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property. Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
