Condo Peggy is a spacious 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom Condominium with a large kitchen, living room and balcony. This is an upstairs apartment thar can accommodate 2 – 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped including, fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine etc. There is a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. The primary bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bathroom. The 2 guest bedrooms share bathroom and feature 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with bed linen and towels. Lakeside Golf Community is a small subdivision close to Downtown Inverness. Next to the Withlacoochee State Trail and close to local groceries and shoppes. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Parking: parking lot is on a first come, first serve base. Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
