Important: Failure to follow these garbage disposal instructions will result in a $1,000 fine. Parcel Delivery Policy: 1. Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests. 2. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. Lost and Found: The property is not liable for lost items. A handling and shipping fee applies for retrieval. Unclaimed items are held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Fees vary based on the item’s value and hold duration. No Party Policy: Strictly no parties allowed; security cameras outside the home and noise detectors are in place. The police will be called for any parties, resulting in eviction with no refunds.
