Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food. Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored. Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights.
