We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone. Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.
