This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food. Water Supply: This property relies fully on the municipal water system (AAA) and does not have a private water tank or cistern. Water outages are uncommon but can occur due to island-wide infrastructure work; we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored. Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights.
