This apartment is located near Federal Hill, which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by. HOUSE RULES: 1. Respect Neighbors - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM. - No loud music anytime – some guests work from home. 2. Strict - No Smoking of Any Kind - Smoking / vaping of any kind is banned everywhere inside and outside the property. - $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if detected. 3. No Parties | Max Guest Limit is 4 People | Zero Tolerance - Security cameras in use and monitored (not inside the apartment) - If authorities are called to escort you out, a $100 law enforcement fee will be charged to your credit card.
