Rainer, this quiet sanctuary is nestled in a beautiful valley on 2.5 fenced acres between Sumner (4 miles), Bonney Lake (5 miles) and Puyallup (4 miles). When you arrive on the property you will be welcomed by an open gate propped up by a classic wooden wagon wheel. The driveway leads past the main house and an attached garage (not accessible to guests). Then on the other side of the garage is the tiny house. The space also offers a comfortable queen bed with a smart tv as well as an electric fireplace. No smoking, no groups and no parties.
