By completing your reservation, you agree to comply with the following House Rules and Pre-Arrival Requirements. 🔑 PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS (Required Before Check-In) 1. ✅ Online Check-In is Required Prior to arrival, all guests must complete CTBH's secure online check-in process. This enables us to prepare your arrival and provide access to your Guest Portal. 2. 🆔 Guest Identity Verification The Primary Booker is required to complete identity verification before arrival where permitted by applicable booking platform policies and local requirements. 3. 👥 Guest Registration All overnight guests must be registered before arrival. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. 4. 📝 Rental Agreement Guests are required to electronically acknowledge CTBH's Rental Agreement before arrival where applicable. 5. 💳 Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization We require a refundable security deposit in the form of a pre-authorization hold (typically US$200–US$300). This is NOT a charge.
