The Country store and all the amenities are within walking distance of this Villa. As you enter CTBH @ The Palms you will find a fully furnished patio for lazy days and upon entry into the home, you will find a beautifully laid out Living room, kitchen, washroom, two bathrooms and three bedrooms fully equipped with all the creature comforts of home. Guests can use the entire House as well as the amenities that are available to all Homes located in Richmond Estates You will be met on arrival by our appointed representative who will provide instructions for a wonderful stay. There will be a housekeeper available upon request at an additional cost for additional services Adequate parking is available in front of the villa under a covered garage. Taxi's are available right outside the security gate to provide transportation as needed. Our aim is to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of our guests and neighbours alike, while observing the property's rules and requirements. The following are prohibited: 1) Cigar, cigarette and/or marijuana smoking allowed. 2) No more than 2-persons per room 3) Pets 4) Loud noises and other disturbances 5) Events 6) Consumption, possession and/or use of illegal substances or items. - Designated Parking, on-site parking. - For energy efficiency purposes, please also turn off all lights and appliances when not in use (e.g. the air conditioning unit, water heater, ceiling fans, iron, television and radio). When operating the A/C unit; please keep all doors and windows to the bedroom closed. This helps to keep our energy costs down and our rates reasonable.
