Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. 4. 📝 Rental Agreement Guests are required to electronically acknowledge CTBH's Rental Agreement before arrival where applicable. 5. 💳 Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization We require a refundable security deposit in the form of a pre-authorization hold (typically US$200–US$300).
