Bedroom: Queen-size bed with 100% cotton linens, hypoallergenic pillows, blackout curtains, and ample storage. Partial wall for privacy while maintaining an open-concept feel. Kitchen: Fully equipped (cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, complete dishware and cutlery, Keurig coffee machine, blender, kettle, toaster, wine glasses), plus essentials (olive oil, spices, coffee, tea). Bathroom: Large bathtub/shower, high-end toiletries, plush towels, and hairdryer. Amenities: Unlimited high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, in-unit laundry (washer & dryer), iron and ironing board. Elevator access and self check-in with electronic lock. Square-Victoria–OACI metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, and downtown is reachable in 10 minutes. You’ll be close to everything while enjoying a historic, safe, and vibrant neighborhood. PUBLIC TRANSIT: - Nearest metro station: Square Victoria – OACI. - Approximate travel time to the city center by public transportation: 10 minutes. City Center Access: Driving to the city center takes approximately 5 minutes. PETS: If you’re traveling with a pet, please contact us before booking. A $100 fee per pet, per stay applies. - It is necessary to mention at the time of booking if you are coming with a pet, otherwise the booking may be cancelled without refund. - Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty. But since I'm cool, I only allow electronic cigarettes :) - If a late departure or damage results in a direct refund or reduction for the next reservation, you will be required to pay this amount. - If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment not working or broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be taken into consideration. - When you make a reservation with me, you agree to all the above apartment rules.
