The two King bedroom upstairs have new pillow top memory foam mattresses with luxury linens, bedding, fluffy throws, choice of pillows ~ and a sky lit sitting area with leather sofa and more cozy pillows, perfect for reading or lounging. Downstairs bedrooms feature their own flat screen TVs, more luxury cozy linens, bedding, lounging chairs and their own private baths with all the toiletries needed during your wine country holiday stay. Glass doors lead out of the master bedroom onto a sunlit deck with patio furnishings and BBQ for those alfresco dinners at sunset or breakfast time nook, near a swimming pool ~ perfect for relaxing in the dappled sunlight of nearby oaks and bay laurels. Unwind in the comfort of your private heated pool, thoughtfully designed for a relaxing and elevated stay. Pool heating is available for $125/day and must be requested in advance to ensure your preferred temperature is ready upon arrival. Whether you’re enjoying a peaceful morning swim or a serene evening dip, you can tailor the experience to your perfect level of comfort. A Chefs Kitchen ~ fully equipped with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee/espresso maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, cookware, dish ware, and flatware. Disruptive noise levels/music at any time of the day gravely jeopardize our friendly neighborhood relationships and our business license & will not be tolerated. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique entry code for the unit front door so no need to worry about losing keys! Disruptive noise levels between the quite hours of 10pm - 9am will not be tolerated. We have installed an outdoor security camera and noise meters to prevent such activity. The law enforcement will be called in and guests might be asked to leave immediately. We appreciate your consideration NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS Parties or gatherings are absolutely not permitted. QUIET HOURS Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10 pm - 9 am. PETS Pets are not permitted. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING Absolutely no smoking in the home or in the outside space. Smoking in or on the property is subject to a $300.00 fee. OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED Overnight guests are not permitted unless included on the initial reservation. LATE CHECK OUT FEE Please be advised that there is a $75.00 charge per 30 minutes exceeding check out time of 11 am. LOCKOUT FEE Should the unfortunate event of you getting locked out, there will be a $100.00 lockout fee and $75.00 loss key charge. YOUR BELONGINGS Please kindly be mindful of taking all your belongings back with you when you leave. A $25.00 fee plus shipping cost will be charged to cover the cost of returning any items to you. EXCESSIVE TRASH CHARGE Please be advised that there is a $75.00 excessive trash/disposal fee. Must be 25 years of age to book. We’re two blocks from the main square in downtown Sonoma. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our kind neighbors. Noise curfew of 10:00 pm is encouraged. No visitors, parties or pets please. We receive guest requests for an allergen free environment, so we kindly ask service pets be kept off the furniture and come with their own bedding :)
