Warm & Cozy Squaw Valley Condo close to Ski Resort

Enjoy your stay in Olympic Valley in this wonderful condo! Less than 5 minutes from Squaw Valley Village and the Squaw Valley Ski Resort. This home is the perfect getaway year round! Have fabulous meals and enjoy shopping at the restaurants and shops in the Village! Centrally located in the heart of Olympic Village, this condo is your perfect Sierra getaway! Less than a mile to the ski resort and village of Squaw Valley, we are also nestled between Truckee and Tahoe City where additional ski resorts, marinas, shops and restaurants are located! Our condo is one bedroom with two full bathrooms. Located on the first level for easy access, only a couple of steps up to the front door. The open living room with fireplace is perfect for gathering and relaxing after a day of hitting the slopes or other fun outdoor activities. The flat screen TV is equipped with cable for your entertainment pleasure. Feel like preparing a home cooked meal? The open kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and dishes. Off the kitchen is the dining space, along with the kitchen bar top. In the dining space is sliding doors to your own private deck. Make yourself a cup of coffee in the morning, take outside and enjoy the crisp mountain air! In the bedroom is a comfortable California King Bed and en suite master bathroom. To accommodate our 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th guests are two comfortable sofa beds in the living room. The second full bathroom is also located off the living room. Entire Condo, Community pool, sauna, and tennis courts. I enjoy traveling the world and am not always available - so to help manage my guests and property, I use MyVRHost Vacation Rental Management! 1 assigned parking space for our unit, other unassigned slots are available on a first come first serve basis. No parties, events or gatherings permitted. Must be 25 years of age to rent. Only guests on original reservation permitted. Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 10am. No smoking in the house. Please remove shoes inside the home. Pets are not permitted. Please do not park in the neighbors driveway and during the winter season vehicles parked on the street are subject to tickets and possible towing. *Because there are so many devices that connect to the internet, there can be connection issues from time to time. We cannot guarantee internet service due to weather, maintenance, general performance, outages by the internet provider, etc. No refunds will be given due to internet inaccessibility. Upon departure, place your dishes in the dish washer and please take your trash to the trash can. Late Check outs are subject to a $75 per 30 minutes past 11am. The pool and spa area is open from 10am to 10pm. Swimming is not allowed in the pool after dark. Any person found in the spa and pool area after 10pm will be cited and arrested for trespassing. Please be respectful of the pool and spa hours and rules posted at the facilities. Clean up after yourself if the pool garbage is full. Please be sure to not leave the tennis court gate or either pool gate open. ***A key and key card is provided in the condo for the community amenities. Please ensure key is returned prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in $50 lost key fee. Upon departure guests must leave the heater ON, should be on 55 degrees. No matter which time of year you visit, there are dozens of activities and sights to enjoy in Placer County! Our condo is located in the Tavern Inn complex, equipped with a swimming pool, 12 foot diameter spa, 2 saunas, 2 tennis courts, and convenient access to river & bike paths, shuttle to ski area & High Camp with ice skating & swimming are only a 1/2 mile to the Resort at Squaw Creek. Located less than 5 minutes from the Village at Squaw Valley! The Village has wonderful shops, delicious restaurants, a yoga studio, a day spa, and kids' day camp. A winter sports lover's dream, we are located 5 minutes from Squaw Valley Ski Resort, Alpine Meadows only 10 minutes away and a 20 minute drive leads you to North Star Ski Resort in Truckee. These resorts provide skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow mobiles and so much more! The Truckee River is big attraction in the Summer time for those looking to get wet. There are a number of local rafting guides and outfitters offering tours. For those looking for a mellow day on the river, the ‘lazy float’ from Tahoe City to Alpine Meadows is one of the most popular summer time activities for both tourists and locals alike. Rafting operations typically run between the beginning of July and the end of August. Enjoy a variety of activities at Donner Lake, "the Jewel of the Sierra". Beautiful quiet beaches surround the lake, including West End Beach. Take in a bike ride around the lake. At Donner Lake Marina, you can rent boats, canoes, paddle boats, paddle boards, jet skiing and so much more! Only 20 minutes from Olympic Village. Also enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, golf and so much more in the North Lake Tahoe area! Resort at Squaw Valley offers golfing, walking distance from condos! There are a dozen of additional golf courses in the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area. A 25 minute drive leads you to Kings Beach on Lake Tahoe. Enjoy beaches, eateries and the marina at Kings Beach for water activities. Spend a day visiting Tahoe City, offering 4 star dining, shops, galleries and lots of activities! Keep an eye out for the Farmer's Market schedule! Centrally located off of Hwy 89 between Truckee and Lake Tahoe on Squaw Valley Road. In the summer, you can walk to the resort, about 10 minute walk to take the ski shuttle to Squaw Valley Ski Resort or Alpine Ski Resort. *Shuttle runs every 20 minutes but please review schedule when you arrive. Reno International Airport is 45 miles away and shuttle service is available.
