Built in 2021 and sleeping up to 8 guests, this spacious retreat combines bright contemporary interiors with a private saltwater pool, oversized screened lanai, outdoor kitchen, private dock, kayaks, bikes, and beautiful canal views. Spend your mornings enjoying coffee by the water, afternoons swimming or kayaking, and evenings grilling outdoors while watching the canal for passing wildlife. Dolphins and manatees are occasionally spotted in Palm Coast’s saltwater waterways, making every day by the dock a little different. OPEN-CONCEPT WATERFRONT LIVING The bright, open floor plan brings the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen together into one welcoming space designed for families and friends. Large windows and views toward the water create a relaxed coastal atmosphere, while comfortable seating provides plenty of room to gather for movie nights, conversation, or quiet evenings at home. A dedicated workspace is also available for guests who need to work or stay connected during their visit. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Dolphin Dock Retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms: • Primary Suite – King bed with canal views, spa-inspired en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor living area • Bedroom 2 – Two Twin beds, children’s toys, and convenient access to a nearby half bath • Bedroom 3 – King bed with access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom • Bedroom 4 – Queen bed sharing the Jack-and-Jill bathroom Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for your stay. The private saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee with advance notice. Boaters may be able to dock a boat at the property, and use of the boat lift may be available by advance arrangement and subject to additional requirements. PARKING & GARAGE The property offers a spacious private circular driveway with ample parking, plus a garage with 2 garage doors and space for up to 3 vehicles. Parking is available for registered guests during their stay. Please review these important details before booking: POOL HEATING Optional pool heating is available with at least 48 hours’ advance notice: • $50 per night for stays of 2–5 nights • $287 for a 7-night stay • $200 per week for multi-week stays • Applicable taxes are additional When pool heat is purchased, the heater is set between 85–87°F. Actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and outdoor conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Pool-heating fees are non-refundable. BOAT DOCKING & BOAT LIFT Guests may be able to dock a boat at the property with advance approval. Please contact us before arrival to confirm docking arrangements and any applicable requirements. Use of the boat lift is not automatically included with the reservation. It must be requested and approved in advance and requires a security deposit.
