Our cozy, modern one-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed for couples or solo travelers who value both comfort and convenience. Step inside to a stylishly furnished living room featuring a HD TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom offers a plush queen-sized bed, a dedicated work desk, and generous closet space to make you feel settled in. The bathroom invites you to unwind with a luxurious garden tub and a double vanity, adding both comfort and ease to your stay. ● Absolutely NO DRUGS of any kind. Please smoke cigarettes outside in any of the common areas in the complex (away from the front door to prevent smoke from blowing in). There is a fine for violation of this important rule. ● You're welcome to have packages delivered, but please ensure they are left at the front door. We do not have access to the mailbox, so any letters or packages placed there cannot be retrieved as we do not have a key. ● If you’re going to drink, please be responsible and remember your passcode and be respectful of neighbors. ● Please treat my property with respect! ● Neighbors are closeby, please be aware of your noise level before 10am and after 10pm specifically. During that time, please no loud noises. ● Please do not take supplies for your personal use outside of your stay. Use what you need during your stay of course. ● No Drugs or parties.
