Welcome to your home away from home in downtown Salt Lake City! Our place is perfectly located near some of Utah’s best attractions, dining, and entertainment. Whether you’re visiting for work, adventure, or relaxation, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. 🌟 Highlights: ✔️ Prime downtown location — walk or drive to top attractions ✔️ Just 5 minute drive to grocery stores, parks, and local hikes ✔️ 40 min to Park City for skiing season ⛷️🏂 ✔️ King bed + Queen bed for a great night’s sleep ✔️ High-speed Wi-Fi for work or streaming ✔️ Close to the Utah State Capitol and Temple Square With easy access to everything Salt Lake City has to offer, this is the ideal spot for travelers of all kinds — from solo visitors and couples to families and business guests. We do have some beautiful large Elm Trees that shade our building; however, from July 1st to October 31st, this does increase the chances that Elm seed bugs may make an appearance in the unit. They are small and harmless, like a ladybug, do not bite, and are not considered a health risk. They generally will keep to the window sills. We do spray the building periodically to keep their presence to a very small minimum, but if you see a couple that may have made it inside during this season, please let us know, and we're happy to assist! If Any items, furniture, or unit itself is damaged, there will be a charge according to the lost or damaged cost to repair or replace. No parties or events. • Check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check out by 11 am. No smoking, Vaping, or use of marihuana at any time, anywhere on the property. No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We can not be responsible for any items left behind. Mail is not allowed at our units If you have a concern or complaint, please let us know at the beginning of your stay; this will give us a fair amount of time to offer a solution to your concern or mutually agree to cancel the rest of your stay. •There are no cleaning fee refunds; the cleaning fee you pay is for the cleaning of the unit after your stay, not for the guest before; if the cleaning company missed something or the unit needs something else, you will bring it to our attention, and at your request, we can send the cleaners back as soon as they are available to fix the issue. FEES: • Smoking fee: $250. •Lost TV remote control will result in a $50 charge. •Lost access fob will result in a $100 charge. • Unapproved late checkouts: any 30m after 11 am is an additional $75. (Max check out after 11 am is until 2:00 pm after paying the unapproved fee stated above) • $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number - No parties or loud music.
