This property does not have central AC, but portable AC units are available during summer, currently in the Living Room (not in Bedrooms 3rd and 1st floors); fans provided. This is a kid-friendly house: toys, safety gates, pack-n-play rented by request. Pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee.
