The space The studio is particularly suitable for stays of several days to several weeks, both for vacation trips and for project-related work stays in the north of Warsaw. It is ideal for people who value an upscale, building biologically and ecologically optimized equipment, who want to relax in nature, at or on the lake, by bike or in the nearby National Park Kampinos, for whom comfort and peace are just as important as a good transport connection to Warsaw and fast Internet with over 65 Mbps upload and download. The Studio by the lake is an ideal place to work and relax. The studio is large enough (and equipped) to serve as a meeting or conference room for up to 20 people. The stay in the studio is pleasant all year round; it does not heat up excessively in summer (without air conditioning) and is pleasantly warm in winter. The house has an uninterruptible power supply (photovoltaic) with 30 KW power storage, so it is independent of fluctuations and failures in the public power grid. An own bio wastewater treatment plant purifies the waste water. An interesting selection of good white and red wines is stored in the naturally tempered earth cellar, primarily from Hambach in the Palatinate. Guest access The studio has a separate entrance without contact to the main house.
