In-Unit Laundry with Washer & Dryer on the third Floor. You can Park your car on driveway. Four BEDROOMS are furnished - 2 KING & 2 QUEEN sets. The First Floor Suite and Master Bedroom Suite comes with King Bedroom Set, Bedsheets, Comforter, Pillows etc. Key-Less Entry, don't need to carry your key, just need your phone. 2. Garbage There is a weekly Trash Collection by GFL. The Tenants need to take out the trash on Tuesday EVENING and bring them back inside the garage by WEDNESDAY MORNING. Leaving it out for over 24 hours is an HOA violation. Recycle Collection is every other week on Wednesday. 7. Parking Two Cars can be parked on the driveway and Parking on Street is not allowed.
