The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end finishes: drip and pod coffee makers, a KitchenAid mixer, electric range, and an oversized island with seating for four. The living room invites you to unwind with an 80-inch TV and stadium-style sectional seating — snack time ready. Each bedroom features a queen bed (2) or full bed (1) plus an additional twin fold-away option in the closet, so everyone has space and comfort. The primary suite is tucked privately at the rear, complete with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes its own ensuite shower bath, while the third shares a hallway bath — plenty of options for families or friends. Laundry is on site and stocked with extra blankets, pillows and linens. Guest, and depending on the channel used, any and all fees incurred by the host (including but not limited to the credit card processing fees) are NON-The remainder will be refunded to the guest within 10 business days. - Please take your shoes off before entering as we have original 1944 wood floors. - Events are on a case by case basis. They MAY be approved and if approved an additional fee of $300 will be charged along with an additional security deposit. - No glitter or anything sticky is permitted in our house or on our walls. If we have to repair our sheetrock and repair a minimum $500 fine will be charged. - The door handles in the home are original and very delicate. Please be very careful with them. - Trash goes out on Thursday. Please place the can put on the street or we will coordinate with you. - Be extra careful of the trees in the driveway. We have reflectors on each one. We are not responsible for any damage. No smoking No Pets without expressly granted and fee paid. No early check in without expressed permission and fee paid - $50 per hour No late check out without expressed permission and fee paid - $50 per hour Guests are solely responsible for removing all personal belongings from the property upon checkout. ManageWay and the property owner assume no responsibility for items left behind. Should any personal property be found after departure, the guest may request its return; however, ManageWay makes no guarantee of retrieval or storage. If return shipping is requested, the guest will be responsible for all shipping costs plus a minimum handling fee of $50 to cover staff time and coordination. Alternatively, guests may arrange to retrieve their items in person at a mutually agreed-upon time, subject to availability and scheduling limitations. Unclaimed items will be discarded or donated after 7 days.
