We want you to feel at home and know that help’s never far away. - Pool heated to 85 degrees year round - Pets welcome with pre-approval and pet fee - No parties or unregistered guests GENERAL RULES Identification and Check-In/Out: The primary guest must provide valid government issued ID upon booking (All other Online Travel Agency bookings, guests also need to provide the Identity and credit card details used with booking). Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Smoking and Parties: No parties/events. Noise level must stay below 80 decibels during all hours guests are automatically notified of violations by text. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited. Designated smoking area is outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Pets: House-trained, groomed pets are welcome. Notify us about any pets during your reservation. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. By booking, you acknowledge pet(s) or service animals have stayed on the property - Many of our rentals are pet friendly but not all; therefore, pet dander may still be present even after the most thorough of cleanings. Security and Maintenance: Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay and you should expect to see them outside of the home occasionally as they help us maintain it. Ensure appropriate trash sorting and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. If you find any issues or missing amenities allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve the issue. We strive for 5-Star service and can generally fix any issues you may encounter quickly during your stay. SPECIFIC HOUSE RULES 1. Check-In/Out: Early check-in/late check-out are not guaranteed. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. 2. Smoking: Smoking violations/ presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. 3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 8 PM-8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM-8 AM. 4. Property Care: Please avoid using the dishwasher or washing machine while not present. Dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only. Plumbing issues caused by misuse may have a fee. 5. Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. For additional guests, notify us in advance. 6. Illegal Activities: Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. 7. Security Devices: Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. EXTRA SERVICES AND FEES 1. Pets: A fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days, is applicable. This does not include additional cleanings or Damage. 2. Professional Shoots: Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee. Contact us for more information. 3. AC System: Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. ★ Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund.
