Early and late check-ins or check-outs are subject to an additional fee. Deep cleaning beyond normal use—such as stain removal, carpet shampooing, odor remediation, or cleaning requiring significantly more time than our standard turnover—is not covered by the Standard Exit Cleaning. Any additional charges will be documented with photos and billed at our professional cleaning rate.
