These steps include creating an account, completing identity verification, and undergoing a credit and background check. Proof of income may also be required, such as a recent pay stub, a bank statement dated within the last 3 months, or a letter of employment in a PDF format. Early and late check-ins or check-outs are subject to an additional fee. Deep cleaning beyond normal use—such as stain removal, carpet shampooing, odor remediation, or cleaning requiring significantly more time than our standard turnover—is not covered by the Standard Exit Cleaning. Any additional charges will be documented with photos and billed at our professional cleaning rate.
