NOT inside screened porches or sunrooms. Evidence of smoking indoors results in a $300 fee. 🐶 PETS - We just love furbabies but this property is not pet friendly. Any unauthorized pets will be charged a $200 fee 🗓 LONG TERM STAYS - Reservations over 14 days require an additional deep cleaning fee of $55 🚫📦 - No mail or packages should be delivered without permission unless you are a long term guest (30+ days).
