The Whimsical Woodland Heights Escape is a centrally located property that accommodates up to 18 guests! The main house features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps 16, while the 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartments sleep 2. Located less than 15 minutes from downtown Pensacola, with easy access to Pensacola International Airport and NAS Pensacola, the perfect base for exploring the area. We’d love to host you! The main house entrance is labeled with a large A. As you walk through the door, you will be greeted by the living room and dining area. The living room includes a couch that turns into a queen sofa bed, a Roku TV, and a desk to work on your laptop! Directly behind the couch, is the dining area for family meals! From the dining area, you can see the full kitchen with a dishwasher and cookware! There are 4 bedrooms in this house. There is a bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with two full beds, and a bedroom with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. There is also 4 bedrooms in this house 3 with a shower and 1 with a shower/tub combo. You can access the backyard porch/patio from the back door in the house. It includes patio furniture and a terrace area to hang out with a charcoal grill. The apartment entrance is labeled with a large B. As you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by the living room with chairs and a Roku TV/ kitchenette area. Next to the the living room, you will find the spacious bedroom with a full bed! The bathroom is located directly to the left of the front door and includes a shower! The kitchenette area and living room have a open layout and are connected to each other! The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding! We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. (1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. (2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. (3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. (4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. (5) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. (6) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. (7) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund. (8) PET POLICY: Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. This property is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, and major interstates. Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
