This spacious and modern style “Sea Shell By The Sea Shore 2.0” home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. - The 1st floor offers a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. - All bedrooms, 2 full-sized bathrooms, and laundry room are located on the 2nd floor. - Master bedroom: king bed - 1st bedroom: queen bed - 2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds and 1 daybed that can pull out to make two twin beds. ***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone. **We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent. **Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds. **To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. *** Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you. Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID receiving a ticket. - No parties or events allowed. - No smoking allowed inside and outside. - Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect the noise curfew. - Turn off the lights/fans when you leave. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please do your dishes. - Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time. - QUIET HOUR: 10PM - 7AM - Please take the trash out before you leave. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
