PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING. This fully furnished bedroom is perfect for whatever your doing. We welcome people from all over the world! We have many vacationers and guests who come for work purposes. The room is very quiet and cozy. Nearby Fishtown, Kensington & Northern Liberties. Center City is about 10 minutes away. Airport about 20 to 30 minutes depending on times. There are plenty of fun places to dine out or go for a drink! LGBTQ friendly! One guest preferred this is a quiet hous The space Very clean place. Renovated recently but partially. All newer furniture and appliances. The room has a super comfy queen size bed. This room is in the front of the house. Smart TV connected to internet for YouTube, Netflix (with your account), Hulu! There may 2-3 other guests staying here from Airbnb. We'd be happy to make recommendations of the city. Guests can use the kitchen if they'd like and dining room. Please review our house rules before booking. Guest access Kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom are all common areas. They will be shared by our other guests who staying. If you need laundry services we will be happy to assist. During your stay My cell phone or messaging on AirBnB. We work a lot of hours and sleep early.
