The house is located at a sweet spot of coastal Orange County. Just only 2 blocks away from South Coast Plaza. We are only short distance to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, local beaches, and groceries. Very close to Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, and surrounding areas! This GEM is a MUST !!! 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms (1448 Sqft ) - 1 Master bedroom (queen bed) - 1 Single Bedroom (queen bed) - 1 Single Bedroom (bunk bed Twin over Full) All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs which can watch all the streaming apps that you need. - We hire professional to Ozone Ozone Wash destroys spores, viruses, and bacteria and eliminate odors - meanings our laundry will be cleaner and fresher than traditional washing methods. There are 2 garage parkings, 2 driveway parkings, and 3 street parking (w/permits). Each permit requested will be $20/day/car. ***NOTE: Please send us request for street parking permit if you have more than 4 cars. It is a QUIET neighborhood, so please respect and don't disturb the neighbors with loud noise, or any activities that would disturb the neighborhood. *** Street Parking: Thursday, AM, so please pay attention to AVOID getting tickets at all costs. We do not want to see you getting a ticket. Also, please DO NOT park in front of the neighbor's property. ONLY park in front of our property. *** Trash Collection Day: Collects every Wednesday. Please kindly help us take the trash out to the curb before Wednesday. **Parking: 4 parking spots: 2 in garage, 2 on drive way, and paid street parking ***This neighborhood street parking requires permits at all time to ensure the safety of the neighborhood. Please contact us if you need additional parking permits on the street (maximum of 3 permit). Each permit requested will be $20 extra. ***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone. **Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds. **To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. ***Trash Day: Trash pick-up day is WEDNESDAY. Please kindly help us pull the trash out to the curb on Tuesday evening. ***Gardeners usually come on Wednesdays and Saturdays to tend to the garden and take out the trash. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you. **This neighborhood street parking requires permits at all times to ensure the safety of the neighborhood. Please contact us if you need additional daily parking permits on the street (maximum of 3 permits). Each permit requested will be $10 extra and are single-use. ***Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID receiving a ticket. STREET PARKING REQUIRES PERMITS. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET TO AVOID RECEIVING A TICKET. **Street Sweeping: THURSDAY PM. - No parties or events allowed. - No smoking allowed inside and outside. - Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect the noise curfew. - Turn off the lights/fans when you leave. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please do your dishes. - Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time. - QUIET HOUR: 9PM - 7AM - Please take the trash out before you leave. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
