No unapproved visitors or extra guests. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Maximum 3 vehicles on site. Parties or events are not permitted under any circumstances. 🔇 Noise & Neighbors Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise outdoors, especially during quiet hours. Always be respectful of our neighbors and community. Noise complaints or disturbances may result in a fine and/or early termination of your stay. 🚭 Smoking No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only, away from open windows/doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash — not on the ground. 👣 Cleanliness & Respect Treat the home and furniture with care — just like you would your own. Remove shoes indoors to help keep floors clean. Clean up after yourself — especially in the kitchen to help us avoid ants!
