The space Ongoye View Residence is a beautiful spacious (300m2) self-caterd villa for 2-10 persons, comfortable and open, build on a secured large plot (4000m2) with a majestic entrance. The entire villa has alarm and is tastefully furnished and decorated. It benefits from its own large private rim-flow pool (no safety net) with loungers and umbrellas, easy accessible via the large outside wooden stair and platform. Eye-catcher of the villa are the 2 verandas. Stunning sundowners can be viewed while relaxing on it. The property has four bedrooms on the ground floor, three of which have king or queensize beds and airco, one has 2 bunk beds and a propeller fan. Three bedrooms have instead of doors thick black cotton doorcurtains that fits in the design of the villa. There are two bathrooms. The first floor is made up of a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, toilet, living room with an open fire place and an outdoor lounge area with dining table, seats and build-in bbq/braai. There is no television. Weather in Mtunzini is year-round great as it is situated on the east coast of South Africa (KwaZulu Natal) and its shores are lapped by the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. It enjoys a warm, coastal climate with plenty of sunshine and a fair amount of (short) light rainfall during some months. Summer is generally quite warm and even the winters are mild to warm. Much of this is owing to its subtropical latitude and its affiliation with the Indian Ocean. Mtunzini (Zulu for ‘place in the shade’) is Zululand's best keep secret and is a natural hideaway for holidaymakers who love the sea, lagoon, nature reserve, golf and safaris. The primary attraction of Mtunzini is its natural beauty with extensive indigenous forests, a pristine estuary and unspoiled, long quiet beaches. Numerous nature trails and hiking routes have been mapped out. There are restaurants , coffee shops, pharmacists, a clinic, a large Spar and other shops in the village and Mtunzini caters for all everyday shopping needs as well as dining out options.
