The space This spacious chalet, is designed for comfort and connection with radiant heating throughout. Living & Dining: Relax in the bright, cozy living room with partial lake views and a fireplace. The inviting dining area features a long table and a charming wood stove, perfect for group meals. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The chalet includes five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, accommodating up to 10 guests. Two and a half modern bathrooms are fully equipped for your convenience. Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the sleek, fully equipped modern kitchen. Entertainment: The downstairs area features a game room with a pool table for friendly competition and a dedicated playroom for younger guests. Family-Friendly Amenities: We welcome families and can provide a Pack 'n Play and a high chair upon request. Outdoor Oasis: Your private sanctuary includes a 6-person, all-season hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, and a gas BBQ. Enjoy private lake access with 2 paddleboards, 1 pedal boat, and 10 life jackets provided for your use. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire chalet, including the house, grounds, private hot tub, and lake located across the street access area. Other things to note Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking. Additional Details & Policies ⚠ Steep Driveway Notice – Use caution in winter; train station parking recommended Dock Update: Please be aware that our dock is currently being replaced with a brand-new one. We ask that you use caution when accessing the lake area during this time. Thank you for your understanding. Winter Maintenance: Professional snow removal is conducted within 24 hours of any storm with 5cm or more of snowfall. A shovel and salt are also provided at the property for your convenience. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor the premises. Guest Communication: We utilize secure external systems to verify guest information, provide digital guidebooks, and manage any urgent communications to ensure a smooth experience. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged. Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
