The main living area welcomes you with cozy sofas, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD—ideal for winding down after a beach day. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a welcoming breakfast bar, and a nearby dining table perfect for group meals and late-night card games. The home’s layout includes a queen bedroom suite on the main floor with its own TV and en-suite bath. Upstairs, two additional queen bedrooms with TV's share a bathroom, offering ample space and comfort for everyone in your group. Step outside to discover a backyard made for memory-making. Fire up the gas grill for dinner or gather around the fire pit under the stars to roast s’mores and share stories. It’s the ideal spot to relax after exploring the town or beach. With the shops and dining of downtown Rockaway Beach nearby—and adventures like the Tillamook Creamery, Cannon Beach galleries, Mt. Neahkahnie trails, and Manzanita spas just a short drive away—you’ll have endless ways to explore the beauty and charm of Oregon’s North Coast. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
