A room with view - great location

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. If interested in booking please answer our pre booking questions found at the beginning of the house rules. The space This room has its own entrance at the back side of our house. The room has a bathroom, closet, microwave and mini fridge much the same as a hotel room but without a television. There is a door that does lead to another part of the house but is locked from both sides for security. This house is a multi unit residence and we do have other Airbnb listings here. There is a bench by the door so it is easy to take off your shoes upon entry. We cannot accommodate moving trucks, sorry. Guest access entire space as described and pictured. You should be aware that the bathroom needs a remodel since it is very dated our guess is 70s. It is our plan to do so the winter of 2025-2026 if not sooner. We hope you will be happy with the cleanliness and value of this space. Other things to note The heat is radiant heat and since it is connected to other rooms there is not an option to adjust the heat. This room does have a door (it is locked from both directions)that leads to a hallway where we do laundry there may be occasions where you may hear a slight noise from the washer or dryer but we are very mindful of not doing laundry at odd hours. Parking is a distance from the room itself (please note this in listing photo) also the lighting is limited at the approach to the door (it is lit by path lights)
