This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for families or couples looking to explore all that EastPort has to offer! Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: The master suite comes with a brand new adjustable Sven bed. This allows you to adjust the bed to your personal comfort! You will also have access to the en-suite master bathroom and walk in closet. Bedroom 2: Offers a very comfortable queen bed, and a fully equipped closet. Bedroom 3: Doubles as an office space with the perfect desk for remote work. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed which is comfier than you may expect! The TV in the room is mounted on a moveable pedestal so that you can adjust it to your preferred viewing height and angle. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: En-suite in master bedroom. Has a double sink area so spouses can set up their toiletries without worrying about running out of space. You will also enjoy a beautifully tiled walk in shower! Bathroom 2: Sits between bedroom 2 & 3. It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square! Getting Around: Being centrally located in The Village of Well Point gives you quick and easy access to a plethora of amenities. This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay! Priority Check Out: Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20. This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!
