A unique door code is created for each guest and is activated from 3:00 p.m. on check-in day until 10:00 a.m. on check-out day. SURVALIANCE For safety, cameras are located on the outside of the building, actively recording audio and video. There is a Ring camera/doorbell at each unit facing the stairwell. There are no camera inside the unit. SIMPLE HOUSE RULES (see full house rules) No Smoking – Inside the unit or building. Smoking outdoors is only allowed in designated areas. No Pets No Parties or Events – Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect neighbors. Maximum Occupancy 2 – Only registered guests may stay overnight. Worth Mentioning: This studio apartment is located within a small building that contains a total of 5 individual units. While your space is private, there may be other guests coming and going during your stay. While the studio apartment is suitable for kids, it is not childproof. Longer Staying Guests: For guests staying with us longer than 30 days we require an additional mid-stay clean every 2-3 weeks.
