You'll have access to the side of the duplex you reserve. The backyard will be shared with guests staying on the other side. We will not be available in person, but are happy to answer questions via this platform. PETS: We do allow guests to bring 1 dog under 50 pounds. You must let us know upon booking that you will be bringing a dog. Pet rules are as follows: - ONLY ONE DOG ALLOWED. No cats or any other animals. - $100 dog fee - No dogs on the furniture - Dogs must be FULLY outdoor potty trained (no puppy pads or litter boxes) - You must pick up waste in the yard ($250 fee if this is not followed) - Dogs must be in a crate if you leave in the home alone during your stay - Dogs must be on leash while walking outside (the yard is fenced, but the backyard is shared with other guests) - Guests recognize that they are responsible for any damages caused by their dog - If we find that guests have violated any of these rules, you will incur a $500 fine and possibly eviction from the home. ADDITIONALLY: Unauthorized Late Check Out Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out Smoking in the home - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit Excessive Cleaning - Up to $150.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed Damaged or Missing Items Varies depending on cost of item Missing Keys - $50.00 minimum charge Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred Noise Complaints - potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00 Party in Unit or Common Area (including backyard) - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Indy Nest Properties Maximum occupancy is 15 guests.
