Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this stylish duplex offers comfort and charm inside and out. The private backyard boasts of space for games, a place to sip your morning coffee, grill some sizzling food, or relax after a day on the water. Inside, soft neutrals, natural light, and open layout create a calm, inviting space. Just minutes to Three Sisters Springs, boat ramps, and downtown, you’ll have the best of Crystal River at your fingertips. Private entrance & driveway Full side of duplex with fenced backyard Access to all spaces except a small locked owner’s closet We give guests their space but are always available via messaging for questions, local tips, or help planning your perfect Crystal River adventure. Booking & Payment Stays Less Than 20 Days Full payment is due at the time of booking. A refundable $200 security deposit hold is required prior to arrival. A signed Rental Agreement and government-issued ID must be submitted within 48 hours of booking. $100 pet fee per stay (if applicable) Stays 20 Days or Longer An advance payment equal to 40% of the Total Rental Cost is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. The required $1,000 security deposit hold will be placed 7 days prior to Guest arrival. If booking within 60 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking. $400 pet fee per stay (if applicable) Cancellations made within at least 60 days prior to check-in will receive a refund of monies paid (minus processing fees, if applicable). Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable. Early departure does not warrant a refund. No refunds will be issued for Acts of God, weather events, hurricanes, travel disruptions, or other events beyond Owner’s control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation. Occupancy & Visitors Maximum occupancy: 6 guests Visitors must be approved in advance. No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Unauthorized guests may result in removal without refund. Pets Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing. Pet fees apply and must be paid prior to check-in. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges. Property Use This property is a short-term vacation rental only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created by this agreement. The property may not be used for unlawful, commercial, or hazardous purposes. Exterior Cameras For safety and property protection, an exterior security camera is installed at the front door. There are no indoor cameras. Agreement Requirement All reservations are subject to a signed Rental Agreement and completion of the required Payment Authorization Form prior to receiving check-in instructions. By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above and in the full Rental Agreement. Located on a quiet side street just five minutes from downtown. Winn-Dixie is 5 minutes away; Publix and Walmart about 15 minutes. Restaurants, springs, and outdoor activities are all within a 10-minute drive. Private driveway parking included. Bring bikes if you like, but a car is the most convenient way to reach the springs, boat ramps, and restaurants nearby. Public boat launches are just minutes away.
