Modern, bright basement apartment (56 m²) for four people in a quiet location. Private entrance. Top location right by the forest! Child-friendly environment. Only 20 km to LEGOLAND Germany. Starting point for hikes and bike tours in idyllic scenery. Bathing lakes, wakeboarding facility and outdoor pools can be reached in 10 minutes. Excursions to the Allgäu Alps, the Swabian Alps and to Ulm, Augsburg, Füssen and Munich are recommended. Another apartment on the first floor! The space Our apartment in the basement - small but nice! The bright, spacious living and bedrooms have daylight windows facing west and offer a great view over our village. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two people as well as a spacious dining area. The modern fitted kitchen with stove, microwave and dishwasher is well equipped. The apartment also includes a small bathroom with shower and sink as well as a separate toilet. Toys, books, CDs and DVDs provide entertainment on bad weather or "quiet" days. For a vacation with a larger family or with friends, we also recommend the second apartment on the first floor. Guest access The entire house, in which there are two apartments, has its own entrance and is occupied exclusively by guests. The sun terrace of the main house, which is inhabited by the landlords, as well as their garden can also be used. We will gladly provide seating and sunbathing options or a charcoal grill. Toys for indoors and outdoors are provided. Rental of bicycles, paddle board, and handcart possible. Free parking in your own carport. Other things to note Smokers are welcome to enjoy a cigarette at the covered entrance door. For large families or trips with friends, we recommend booking our second apartment on the first floor at the same time. Both apartments together offer a maximum of space for 9 people. Especially in the low season, we also welcome fitters and business travelers.
