This is a peaceful neighborhood, so please no parties! Thank you for understanding. ▸ The home has exterior security cameras, and excessive noise decibel detectors. This allows us to protect you, the property, and the neighborhood from parties or other house rules violations. The cameras are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property. ▸ Sustainability Reminder: We are environmentally conscious and ask guests to turn off lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use. Thank you for helping us conserve energy. ▸ Towel & Linen Use: Please use towels and linens responsibly. Excessive stains or damage may result in additional replacement charges. ▸ Trash Disposal: Kindly dispose of all garbage in the appropriate bins to help us maintain cleanliness for future guests. - No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit/Designated Smoking area is at the front of the house, in a little outdoor patio - No Parties or Events Check-in time is 4pm - 2am (fees apply 11:30 am-4pm, and after 10pm) - There will be a $150 lock out fee for any missing keys or garage remotes. - No Extra/ Overnight Guests - No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) - No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) - No unplugging of the electronics like Tvs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks etc - No Pets allowed - No one under 18 years of age WITHOUT HOST PERMISSION - No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors No loud noise or music past 10pm. 10am is LATEST Check out - We provide a “starter kit” with toiletries and supplies for a short stay, but then guests are expected to purchase additional supplies for the rest of their trip”. - We reserve the right to keep your full security deposit if any of the above rules are broken** - - You will be asked to show a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right not to check you in. -“Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in.” - NO third party bookings allowed, unless agreed upon in writing at least 48 hours in advance by me as the host. - DONT USE TOWELS TO CLEAN MAKE UP OR SPILLS!!
