The gas in San Diego is quite expensive, so we charge $100 per day to help offset the cost. If you want the pool heated, just let us know which days and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll add the charges to your reservation and collect them at check-in. Note: The heater can only run from 7:00 AM to 10:45 PM, as we need to run the cleaning pump overnight to keep the pool clean. The heater won’t run while the cleaning system is on. ▸Removing the pool cleaning machine from the pool or touching pool pump controls will result in a $1000 fine. ▸ Guests are required to complete and sign a Short Term Agreement, which includes a virtual ID check. This allows us to protect you, the property, and the neighborhood from parties or other house rules violations. The cameras are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property. ▸ Sustainability Reminder: We are environmentally conscious and ask guests to turn off lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use.
