We are also one message away and always available for any questions and assistance that you may need. Cell signal may be weak around the house. Try wifi calling when you have the internet access. 2. Backyard landscaping is on host's to-do-list and budget. It looks wild for now while providing privacy, planning to do it when budget is allowed. 3. Please do not trespass neighbour's private property to access to the bluff or the beach. There was a public access to the bluff at the old boat ramp at the end of San Juan at Fort Ebey, with a sign "At your own risk". It has been washed out and NOT safe. Please do not use that entrance. The only safe beach access is at Libbey Beach south of the Sierra development at the dead end of Libbey Road. Private property owner reserves their rights to contact the Island County Sheriff’s department for any instances of trespassing. 4. The office and full bath is located on the same floor with garage. All other rooms are located on the main floor. 5. Island county's water is considered "harder" than the land. The house has installed water softening system to provide a better experience. Beside, we are having limited water resources on the island. Please help save the nature and earth and high appreicaite for not wasting water. 6. We have a solid wood crib that is located in master bedroom. It can not be moved to other rooms as its size. No unregistered guests please. Per septic design and code, we can only host up to 6 guests overnight. Please correctly indicate the right number of people who are going to stay overnight. Ar least one of guests need to be over 24 years old. NO SMOKING, including the garage. NO PARTY. Please pack indoor shoes for your trip. Ourdoor shoes are not allow inside the house. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum at all time. Quiet time after 10pm. Please be mindful of the neighbors, maintaining a good relationship with the community is very important to us. Please DO NOT trespass neighbour's private property to access the bluff or beach. BBQ is not allowed under windy weather or during fireban period. Propane BBQ is provided. We will try our best, but can not guaranteed, to check and refill the propane tank on time. If by any chance the propane tank is empty during your stay, it is just 10 mins drive to refill it on your own. We highly appreciate that you follow the house rules. Violations may lead to loss of your security deposit. We truly appreciate your respect and wish you a pleasant stay! The house located in right in the Ebey's Landing National Reserve. Great and peaceful neighborhood. Community has kids playground, pool(opens summer and need request in adcance) and perfect for nightly star observation. For guests safety, please go to Libby Beach park to get access to the beach, which is about 15 mins walk and very safe. And please do not trespass neighbor's private property. 3mins drive to Fort Ebey Statepark, 15 mins to Oak Harbor Downtown, 10 mins to Coupeville Downtown. Fort Casey, Deception pass state parks are both within 20-30 mins drive. Garage parking and drive way parking. Please show your respect to our neighbor's and do not park your cars on the street. We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.
