As in all of our other uniquely themed, short & mid term rentals, this house is fully appointed, with 3 queen bedrooms, and 2 full baths (including a master bed/bath) All three bedrooms can be utilized as master suites, with private bath accessibility Although we are priced for 6 folks, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8, incl. a queen size futon living room sofa (w/ comfy 8 inch mattress!) Located less than a mile from the stockyards, our newly renovated Cedar House is very rustic, and warmly appointed with wood plank ceilings, restored, original flooring, new cabinets, new appliances, all queen size beds, and new furniture Also a queen size futon sofa with a comfy 8 inch mattress ! 2 full baths. Hall bath with tub, and Master with frameless glass shower Both baths have bidet seats! Cozy, covered side patio with open, private & secure backyard, surrounded by 8 foot cedar fence -Nice covered front porch for additional outdoor seating -Secured, well lit, gated parking for up to four vehicles on property -No smoking/vaping, pets, parties, loud music/groups or events NOTE: Check out is at 11 AM. 15 minute grace period. $50 late checkout fee after 11:15 am. $100 after 12 noon. $150 after 1 pm….etc Our contact info for maintenance, supplies and cleaning issues is posted on site. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, with the exception of one or two crowing rooster’s now and then. Lol Less than a mile from the stockyards, it’s a $6-$7 Uber ride, to and from Definitely a better option than trying to park in the stockyards, where all parking lots are $15, and usually full.
