NOTES: Note: As I do with all my rentals, I have personally stayed at this property 6 or 7 times, before listing it, and have walked back and forth to the stockyards everytime....during the daytime, early evening, and late night coming back. I have walked by myself and with others. In my experience, I can tell you that its an easy, and safe walk, with street lights.
