Perfect for large groups, our split level guest house is 25 mins from the airport, 20 mins to Kingstown and our lovely villa beaches 10mins walk away (Downhill to beach, uphill to the house). All 6 private bedrooms are air-conditioned and the Master suite has its own private bath. Bathrooms have hot and cold water with high-pressure showerheads. The house is conveniently wired for 110V and 220V and offers cable TV and Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is fully equipped and always stocked with coffee and tea. Please note that there are exterior security cameras! We’ve designed this space to feel like a home-away-from-home for you. It's a bi-level home with 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Each floor is self-contained and connected by an exterior staircase. You get 2 homes in one as each floor provides everything you need for a great stay. From the well lit comfy living rooms to the fully stocked kitchens and spacious patios, this 6 bedroom, 4 bath house is yours to enjoy with your family and friends. If you like to stay indoors, there is cable, wifi, crosswords, and puzzles to keep you entertained. If you like to be outside, relax in the patio on the hammock, explore the local fruits in the garden or take a walk to the beach. Either way you will find everything you need for a great stay! There are 3 stairs to enter the main area for each unit. The entire 6 bedroom house is available to guest as well as the driveway and back yard. Please note: 1. We don't live at the property but we're always available via email/text to answer any questions. 2. The WiFi infrastructure in St.Vincent is not as sophisticated as in some developed countries. Therefore, there are intermittent issues with the WiFi and/or Cable from time to time. We always do our best to resolve any issues but 99% of the time the issue is with the service provider and out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 3. At the airport, you can arrange a taxi to bring you to the property. We are located on Villa-Fountain Road near Head Start preschool. There is a sign for Sunset View Guesthouse at the property. The house is in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood about 15 minutes downhill walk from the main highway. We are located less than 10 minutes to Arnos Vale, the closest commercial area and only 5 minutes from the restaurants and beaches in Villa. We provide and area map to help you find your way around. We are less than 0.5 km walk (~15 mins) from the main highway where you can take public transportation around the island. Please note that it is a downhill walk to the main highway and an uphill walk back to the apartment. If renting a car, there is a 3- car private driveway on the property. 1. You can arrange a taxi to the house when you arrive at the airport. We send directions in advance. 2. St. Vincent is a mountainous island so it's hard to avoid the hills. The walk from the apt to the beach is downhill and uphill on the way back. 3. The WiFi infrastructure in St.Vincent is not as sophisticated as in more developed countries.
