Welcome to the City Light Suite, a chic 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo perfectly located just minutes from the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy beautiful city and Strip views right from your windows, all while relaxing in a stylish and comfortable space designed for both short and long stays. Ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers seeking a quiet retreat close to the action. Guests enjoy full access to all community amenities, including two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and a fitness center (subject to community maintenance schedules). A complimentary starter pack with shampoo, soap, detergent, and essentials is provided for your first few days. Long-term stays welcome — contact us for extended booking options. RENTAL POLICY Once you finalize the booking of a unit, all agreements of rental policy are enforced. You understand by booking your selected property that you have agreed to follow the outlined terms and conditions. All rates subject to change before you have officially booked. LOST KEYS** LOST KEYS OR FOB WILL BE CHARGED $100 plus Locksmith fees, if this service is necessary. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. RATES: Rates, terms and applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to move Guest up to 30 days in advance to a comparable property or refund the Guest the amount paid. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The rental period begins at 4:00 P.M. on the day of arrival and terminates at 10:00 A.M. on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made and there's AVAILABILITY, early check-ins will incur a charge of $55 (no early check ins before 12 pm) while late checkouts will incur a charge of $55/hr past normal checkout time. The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. Please be thoughtful of renters who may be checking in on the same day that your checkout is. UNIT TAMPERING: Please do not move any of the furniture inside the unit you are renting. Our units are individually-owned and furnished by the owners, so please do not alter their home.Any unplugging of cords or tampering with electrical devices is not permitted. If a device inside the unit is not functioning correctly, please contact SKY HOMES Management and we will handle the issue. If any furniture is found to have been moved, or any cords unplugged / devices moved, a $50 fee will be applied to your card. You may also be charged full retail price for any damage done to furniture or electrical devices caused by your tampering. DAMAGE AND CLEANING ISSUES: You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to: No damage is done to the unit or its contents (including the linens). No items are missing upon the inventory check. (This includes, but is not limited to. transferring items to other units.) All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers & taken to the outside dumpsters. All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and ran . There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit . There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a designated non-smoking unit. Unit is left in neat condition. Pet friendly units show no sign of pet damage or excessive cleaning required . If card cannot be charged for damages, we reserve the right to enforce legal procedures to reimburse for damages caused by guests. If you experience any problems with the vacation property during your stay, please contact us Should a problem remain unresolved, you are required to notify us in writing within 24 hours of your return. No action can be taken or liability accepted for any complaints received after this period. We aim to resolve complaints within a timely manner. The details of which will be kept confidential to only the parties involved. NO SMOKING: ($250.00 Fine) Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. If evidence is found of smoking inside the unit(s), at least a $250+ fee will be applied to your card for cleaning and odor removal. PET POLICIES (Allowed in Pet Friendly Units Only): There is a maximum of two pets per guest allowed in each unit. Guest pets must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. Guests must pick up pet waste and tightly tie the remnants in a plastic bag if staying in a Pet Friendly Unit. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and all pet hair must be cleaned up prior to departure. A cleaning fee of $50/hr will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. At least a $250+ fee will be applied to your card if pets are discovered in non-pet friendly units . Guest pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the unit. The viol
