We're delighted to welcome you to our property and want to ensure you have all the necessary information for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Before you finalize your booking, please take note of the following details: 1. Starter Pack for Amenities: We're happy to provide a starter pack of amenities, including shampoo, soap, detergent, and other essentials. However, please be aware that this supply is intended for the first couple of days of your stay. We recommend purchasing additional items based on your personal needs once you've settled into the unit. 2. Community Pool Access: Our property includes access to a community pool, which is a fantastic feature, especially during the pool season. It's important to note that we do not have control over the pool's schedule, and there is a possibility it may be temporarily closed for maintenance. While closures are infrequent, we recommend checking with the community management for any updates during your stay. 3. Unit Location: (3rd floor) The unit is situated on the third floor( 3rd floor) of the apartment complex and there is no elevator . Please keep this in mind when planning your stay, especially if you have any specific preferences or requirements regarding floor levels. 4. Gated Apartment Complex: Our property is part of an apartment complex that is guard gated. We want to ensure you have accurate expectations about the community setup. While security measures are in place, please be aware that the complex is open, and we recommend taking standard precautions to ensure your safety and the security of your belongings. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay memorable! Rental Policy By finalizing a booking, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. For bookings made fewer than 30 days before check-in: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in. 2-Rates Rates, terms, and applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to relocate guests to a comparable property or issue a full refund for bookings altered up to 30 days in advance. 3-Check-In and Late Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-ins (no earlier than 1:00 PM) are available for $55 if arranged in advance. Late check-outs incur a fee of $55 per hour after the normal checkout time. Properties are professionally cleaned before and after each rental. Please leave the unit clean and ready for the next guest. 4-Unit Tampering Do not move furniture or tamper with electrical devices. Contact the property manager Management for any issues. A $50 fee will apply for moved furniture or unplugged devices. Damage caused by tampering will be charged at full retail price. 5-Damage and Cleaning To avoid additional charges: No damage to the unit or its contents, including linens. No items missing from inventory. All trash is placed in proper containers and taken to outside dumpsters. All dishes are cleaned or placed in the dishwasher and started. Maximum occupancy is not exceeded. No smoking or evidence of smoking in non-smoking units. Units are left neat and in good condition. For damages or missing items: Charges will be applied to your card. If the card cannot be charged, legal procedures may be enforced. If unresolved issues arise during your stay, contact us immediately. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of departure. 6-No Smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited inside units and near open windows/doors. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking. 7-Pet Policy (Pet-Friendly Units Only) Maximum of 2 pets per unit. Pets must be treated for fleas and ticks before arrival. Guests must clean up after pets and remove pet hair before departure. Pets are not allowed on furniture. A $50/hour cleaning fee applies if pet hair is found on bedding or sofas. A $250 fee applies for pets in non-pet-friendly units. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. Violations may result in additional fines or early termination of the rental period. 8-Community Rules
