The private entrance offers you complete privacy. In the living room there is a large comfortable couch which can be extended to a spacious sofa bed for 2 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200cm), a wardrobe, as well as a desk. This is also where you will find the access to the balcony. The built-in kitchen is fully furnished and fully equipped. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, as well as a window and is also very spacious. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. The shutters are electrical. The apartment is centrally located and yet very quiet. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Public transport, such as S-Bahn and trains to Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck, etc. can also be reached in a few minutes. Towels and bedding are included. The landlords also speak English. There is an extra for 3 nights. Prices can also be changed during the Oktoberfest period or at trade fairs. Child discount on request. Special feature for the Oktoberfest time: During the Oktoberfest time, a security deposit of 100 euros will be charged upon arrival. This must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded when leaving the apartment properly. Housekeys are not permitted. Please note that pets are not allowed. Other things to note Grafing is a beautiful town just outside Munich. Grafing has a historic old town and offers restaurants, cafes, and various leisure activities. Due to its location between Munich and the Bavarian mountains, Grafing is an ideal place for excursions. Thanks to optimal transport and ski connections, you can get to Munich very quickly (20 minutes).
