Private parties, family, and corporate gatherings are welcome with prior host approval. We’re dog-friendly – up to 5 dogs allowed (max 50 lbs each). This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. . Keep windows/doors closed while AC is on to prevent insects, humidity, and mold. Recommended thermostat setting: 68°F to 76°F. This is a privately owned home, professionally cleaned after each stay. No daily maid service. We provide essentials: towels, linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Please bring or purchase extras if needed. Toilets are for toilet paper only – all other items (wipes, paper towels, hygiene products) should be disposed of in trash bins. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. Be safe and responsible. 👥 Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please let us know in advance if you’re expecting any daytime visitors. Nightly rate covers up to 6 guests.
