The open-plan living area has a sofa and dining space, perfect for unwinding after a day out in the city. A private balcony offers a spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. **Please be advised** that the oven is currently out of service. However, you will have access to the hob and microwave for meal preparation. Guest access Make yourself at home! You'll have full access to the entire flat, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
